There are some criteria for choosing Yoga mats for traveling:
- It should be portable. Size is about 60cm to fit any suitcase.
- Weight - less than 1 kg
- Machine washable.
The Travel Mat could be used under a rug or towel to prevent sliding on the floor. It is a good non slick buffer between the floor and rug, but it is not recommended as the sole mat.
